I went to search for this recipe here on the ol’ blog, and couldn’t find it! Is it possible I have never shared one of my favorite cookie recipes on here? I do have a recipe for pumpkin gingersnaps, but not the original – which is strange, because gingersnaps are my favorite cookie. I love Fall baking – the spices and flavors are so wonderful. This recipe is tried and true and everyone who I make these cookies for raves about them. They are perfectly chewy and delicious and taste like Fall to me!
These cookies are a great addition to a pot luck or other event where you are asked to bring something, because they aren’t often thought of. They lend variety to all of the chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies out there.
