Hi, I'm Kels!

The Best Sourdough Glazed Donuts

My favorite Whole 30 recipes, all in one place!

This is a great time of year to make new goals, begin routines, and get back to healthy eating after a summer of indulgence and too many ice cream cones! For those participating in September Whole 30, I wanted to put together my favorite Whole 30 recipes and how-to posts in one place.

While I am not participating in Whole 30 (read this post for more on why), I will be cheering everyone on and trying to give some good ideas.

After completing 4 rounds myself, I have a lot of tips, which I will post more on next week.

I like to keep each round really simple with easy recipes. Sometimes it’s fun though to make something special (around week 3 when I get bored). Here are my faves (in no particular order):

  1. Shepherd’s Pie
