The Best Sourdough Glazed Donuts

Since ordering my Blendtec over a month ago, I have used it almost every day. Sometimes multiple times. This green smoothie with lemon and avocado was perfection!

Adding avocado to smoothies no only makes them extra creamy, but adds a nice serving of healthy fat to help keep you fuller longer.

I wanted to try something new with this smoothie, and added a little organic lemonade. It was just the kick it needed. My favorite smoothie from jamba juice is the Greens N’ Ginger, and it has lemonade in it. I love lemons in anything!

For the past couple of months I have been playing around with the Silver Fern Brand Protein Shakes
. I thought I had sworn off such things forever, until I looked into these. They are clean, plant based, and have a 96% absorption rate for the protein. That is unheard of in protein shakes and powders.

There are several flavors. I have tried the chocolate, vanilla, mint chocolate, and banana. My current obsession is the banana! I typically HATE banana flavored things, but this adds that extra banana punch that is perfect in smoothies!

Silver Fern Brand Protein Shakes have 25 g protein, 5 g sugars, and 21 g fiber. I have decided that these are going to be a great option for me when I am in a pinch. Or when I don’t have time to make my kids a big breakfast but they need something to make it through the school morning. They love smoothies, so it’s always a win!
