Nurturing Your Mindset
Hey Friends! Today I’m going to dive into nurturing your mindset! If you follow me on Instagram, you know that Mindset is one of the topics I feel very deeply about. In my life, I regularly see the signs of when I have nurtured my positive thoughts and ideas. And I’ve decided it’s time to share that with you, here on my blog.
Maybe you are one of those people who see this trend of positive thoughts and think to yourself ‘This is silly’ or maybe ‘This feels like I’m telling myself lies.’ Well, mindset is all about planting those ideas in the subconscious mind, to help you make those ideas more real. And the more you nurture those ideas with emotion, the more they will grow!
Positive or Negative Mindset
Be careful with the thoughts and ideas you nurture. Because your subconscious cannot tell the difference. Whether positive or negative those ideas that you nurture will grow! So, now there’s a question you need to ask yourself. What have you been telling yourself? Look at your current results and if you don’t like what you’ve been getting; there’s a mindset you’ve been nurturing that has yielded those results! Let’s change that.
Switching Mindsets
So now that I’ve got you thinking about what results come from the life you’ve been receiving, let’s switch your mindset. Start by telling yourself positive things that you want to happen. For example; telling yourself “I am a millionaire”. You may not be one but keeping the “yet” just behind that doubt, will keep your subconscious from running straight to those negative thoughts. The thoughts and ideas we want will begin to come to life the more we nurture and add emotion to the state of mind we desire to have.
Repetition
We want those positive ideas to come to life right?! Well, daily repetition of those positive ideas and positive affirmations is going to need to be your priority. I want you to every day in the mirror tell yourself 3 positive affirmations and 3 positive ideas! This is something simple you can do to begin your mindset journey. Remember consistency and repetition is SO important in changing your mind!
