    I saw this recipe on OBB and was wondering about the cooking timing…I didn't want to have to stay up or get up at a weird hour for oatmeal 🙂 Thanks for the alternate cooking suggestion…I will definitely try this recipe now 🙂

    This may seem silly but would you cook the oats in the crockpot for 30mins or on the stovetop? (I haven't cooked steel cut oats before).

    Karen — cook them on the stovetop for 30 mins. They should work out perfectly!
