It wouldn’t be the same. Natural yeast equates to the packets about 1/2 c of yeast to a packet. So if you wanted to switch it over to regular bread with commercial yeast, you would use one packet for this recipe, and adjust the flour as needed (adding a bit more). Hope that helps! I have never reversed it before!
