Today I ran the numbers on them though and was a bit shocked.

i used peanut butter and raw honey

total calories = 2380, 170 carbs, and 40 grams of protein.

i ended up with 10 in a wilton mini cupcake mold.

so each one was 238 calories and 17 carbs!

any way to reduce these numbers?
