Celery is great. It's high in vitamin C, so it's among the cold-fighting fruits/veggies and also helps with inflammatory diseases such as arthritis, asthma, and allergies. It also helps lower blood pressure. It's used as a diuretic because it's high in potassium and sodium which help regulate fluids in the body and rid it of excess fluids. It's also been found to be a cancer-fighting food. There is a lot more!!! It obviously has a high water content, which is great as well.

Eat it. I juice it every single day, and Jake has noticed a major improvement in his allergies this year. I am going to up his celery juice intake during harvest and see if that helps even more (because that's when he gets it the worst).

Helpful?!?!

How I started laughing when I tried to yell “Kelsey, Kelsey, KELSEY!!!” as our float continued on with no avail of actually seeing you more than your side profile. I did hear you call my name and then I really started laughing. We are funny friends.
(I really do consider you a friend, so FYI. If that's weird for you…too bad??)
I have a random question – when you're all done with your vay-cay anyways. What nutritional info does celery have? I heard that it doesn't have much…true or false? I know you will know the answer and frankly I trust you more than wikipedia so let me know!!
