I would get a french press instead. The travel mug is great, but I don’t use it that often. There is a huge space at the bottom and it’s not super tight, so you get “debris” floating around sometimes, which I don’t like and I feel like it wastes because of the space. There is a travel mug from a different company that I’ve heard is good, but I haven’t tried it. I would get a press. I found mine at walmart for $18.

I am thrilled you are trying and loving things!!! It makes me so happy to get some feed back like that, thank you so much. I often wonder how people are doing with it after a big class . . . are they even trying? haha. So thanks for letting me know.

Do you think that is a good idea? I’ve never had it before and I don’t have a press. Would you recommend getting an actual press to start and then a travel mug later if wanted and needed? Any other tips or suggestions?
Also I’ve been making bread and its turned out beautifully since I got your starter. I tried the english muffin, haha and they were a fail, but will try them again since the kids still liked the taste of them. Made crepes and waffles and german pancakes and pumpkin muffins too. Waffles and german pancakes and pumpkin muffins were a hit, but they didn’t like the crepes. I’ve been enjoying trying new recipes. Oh and we also liked the almond butter cake. And the chia seed pudding.
